Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

 

  1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the operation of the Loyalty Program ("Program") organized by MCAPITAL MEDIA SP. z O. O. with its registered office at ul. Świętokrzyska 30 / 63, 00-116 Warsaw, NIP: 7010756329, Regon: 368642101, KRS: 0000701805, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

1.2. The Loyalty Program is available to all registered customers of the online store www.nonic.com ("Store").

1.3. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

 

  1. Participation Rules

2.1. Any individual who registers on the Store's website and accepts these terms and conditions may become a participant in the Program ("Participant").

2.2. The Participant automatically joins the Program upon registering an account in the Store.

2.3. Loyalty points are assigned to the Participant's account and cannot be transferred to another account.

 

  1. Earning Points

3.1. Participants earn loyalty points for purchases made in the Store according to the following rules:

   - 1 point for every €10 spent.

3.2. Points may also be awarded for other activities in the Store, such as:

   - Account registration: 1 points.

   - Signing up for the newsletter: 1 points.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to run periodic promotions where Participants can earn additional points.

 

  1. Redeeming Points for Rewards

4.1. Accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards available in the Store, including:

   - Discount vouchers: 100 points = €10 discount.

   - Products for points: Participants can exchange points for products available in the "Rewards" category.

4.2. To redeem points for rewards, the Participant must log in to their account in the Store and complete the appropriate transaction.

4.3. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.

 

  1. Points Validity

5.1. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date of their award.

5.2. After the validity period expires, unused points will be automatically removed from the Participant's account.

5.3. The Participant will be notified of the upcoming point expiration at least 30 days before the expiration date via email.

  1. Program Termination and Changes

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, with a 30-day notice to the Participants.

6.2. In case of Program termination, Participants will have the right to redeem their accumulated points within 30 days of the Program's termination date.

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, with a 14-day notice to Participants. The amended terms will be available on the Store's website.

 

  1. Complaints

7.1. Any complaints related to the Program's operation should be submitted electronically to info@nonic.com within 14 days of the cause of the complaint.

7.2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

 

  1. Data Protection

8.1. The administrator of the Participants' personal data is MCAPITAL MEDIA SP. z O. O.

8.2. Participants' personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing the Program in accordance with applicable law and the Store's privacy policy.

8.3. Participants have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.

 

  1. Final Provisions

9.1. Joining the Program is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions.

9.2. Matters not covered by these terms and conditions are governed law, in particular, the Civil Code.

9.3. These terms and conditions come into effect on 01.09.2024 and remain in force indefinitely.
